Perfect to be spread on fresh bread or toasted bread, for a healthy and nutritious breakfast and even as main ingredient in delicious jam tarts.
The best fruit is harvested and immediately selected, peeled and cooked, adding very little sugar. We do not add any pectins, thickeners, preservatives or food colouring. Cooking is carried out at low temperature so as not to lose the precious fruit’s nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.
